By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility to Use Our Website

To place an order on URRIGHTZ RETAIL, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian
  • Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Ghanaian law
  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout

2. Products and Availability

  • We sell footwear to customers within Ghana.
  • All products are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only; slight differences may occur.

3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵).
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • Accepted payment methods may include Mobile Money and debit/credit cards.
  • Payments must be completed before an order is processed.

‘URRIGHTZ RETAIL does not store your full payment or Mobile Money details.

4. Order Process and Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
  • You will receive an order confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Delivery (Within Ghana)

  • We deliver only within Ghana.
  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and will be communicated after order confirmation.
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, courier issues, or public holidays may occur.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

‘URRIGHTZ RETAIL is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.

7. Social Impact Contribution (#SHOES4IMPACT)

From every shoe sold, GH₵10 is deducted and committed to our social initiative #SHOES4IMPACT, supporting NGOs that assist irregular migrants, refugees, victims of human trafficking, and educational support for children in remote areas.

This contribution does not affect the product price paid by the customer and is non-refundable.

8. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security
  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, belongs to ‘URRIGHTZ RETAIL and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Ghanaian law:

  • URRIGHTZ RETAIL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Ghana law.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal information in line with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ghanaian jurisdiction.
